I utilized Megan and her team at B Events to help me plan my wedding and I could not have been happier with the end result! They made all my hopes and dreams for our wedding day come to life, down to the smallest details. I could not have imagined planning our wedding without them. We have no words to express how blessed we were to find B Events! Despite COVID ruining our wedding multiple times, they never let us lose sight of our dream vision for our wedding day. They stuck with us through and through and helped us plan the most perfect day. When initially reviewing our budget, we didn't know if we wanted to allocate money to a wedding planner . If you, too, are having this internal debate with yourself - SPEND THE MONEY ON B EVENTS! I cannot stress enough how worth it they are. In fact, after it is all said and done, I can't believe how inexpensive they are for everything they do for you. Megan and her team are masterful at making sure the bride and groom do not have to worry about a thing. They present you with options carefully based on the vision you have described and they are spot on every time. Not only that, but they have great relationships with all the good vendors in the area. If I had a quarter for every time we told someone we working with B Events and we got the response "Oh, so you have the dream team!", I would have been able to finance our entire wedding! My husband and I chose a very basic outdoor wedding venue, we were responsible for providing everything: the altar, benches, the tables and chairs, lighting.. Etc. I am confident if we hadn't used B Events, we never would have pulled it off! From the beginning, Megan was one step ahead of us. She was comforting, professional, and experienced. She has impeccable taste, and her confidence is contagious, the kind of person every bride needs on her side. Not only did she impress me, but my mom, bridesmaids, and husband all approached me separately to praise Megan's attention to detail. It takes a patient and talented person to dive into the stressful details of wedding planning, and Megan is that and more. She was my correspondent for the florist, musicians, venue, bench companies, transportation, caterer, bartender, photographer... And more. I was beyond impressed with everything she provided, from the big stuff like tents and dance floors and lighting, to every little decoration or idea Pinterest could dream up! They were very experienced and thoughtful in coordinating every detail that made our wedding day more than perfect and truly the happiest day of our life. Megan and her team gave me the most amazing wedding. I am so thankful for them! It was supposed to be a outdoor ceremony but the week before we find out it's supposed to be 39 degrees! Three days before the wedding, I call them up and they were not only able to arrange a heated tent, but they did so beautifully. They basically made everything go so smoothly from start to finish. They recommended amazing vendors, and it was so plain to see they worked previously with the vendors we chose because they were always in sync. We had some crazy ups and downs (my hotel wasn't accepting my guests, weird stuff) but they were there the whole way to help. They went above and beyond constantly to ensure I got my perfect wedding. This includes Megan ironing 16 yards of burlap so I wouldn't have to walk on gravel down the aisle, making last minute shawls for guests to stay warm, and everything in between. I got married yesterday, and people are already telling me this is the best wedding they've ever been to. It was the best day of my life, and I really owe it to this team!

Megan and Cori were absolutely amazing, and there's no way our wedding would have been half as beautiful or fun without their help. Cori and Megan were flawless in their wedding day co-ordination for our day. We had two face to face meetings and three phone conversations, and, of course emails. Planning a long distance wedding was fairly easy with their input. The designs they showed us for our rainbow themed wedding were perfect and the one we chose turned out to be beautiful fun and at the same time, elegant. They both have incredible personalities and were very easy to work with. We all had a good time both planning and executing the plan and we were told by our attendees that it was the most fun they ever had at a wedding.

Hiring B Events as our wedding coordinators was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Trying to plan a wedding in Pennsylvania while living in Ohio was proving to be extremely difficult and I don’t think we could have had such a beautiful wedding without their help! With just a couple of Skype planning sessions they were able to take our ideas and bring them to life and having them on site for the set up the day of the wedding really put us at ease and allowed us to relax and enjoy the morning before our wedding.
